At Flair Vacations, you will work closely with travel agency partners to provide essential support and improve their operations. Reporting to the Director of Business Development & Partnerships, your responsibilities include managing agency onboarding and enhancing partner communications. Leverage your organization and relationship management skills to effectively assist the Business Development team and contribute to our mission of accessible air travel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage agency onboarding and profile setups in TTS
• Support the Business Development team with initiatives
• Assist partners with bookings, policies, and promotions
• Process booking modifications and service requests
• Plan and execute events and training sessions
Requirements:
• 3–5 years experience in the travel industry
• Proficient in TTS and CRM platforms
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Clear criminal record check required
