Elevate the customer experience at Clio as an Onboarding Specialist in Burnaby, Toronto, or Calgary. Leverage your technical expertise and training skills while ensuring successful onboarding sessions.
As an integral member of Clio’s Customer Onboarding & Data Migration team, you will spearhead training sessions and ensure clients seamlessly adopt Clio’s legal tech products. This 12-month contract role demands strong empathy and communication skills to exceed customer expectations throughout their lifecycle. Your proactive mindset will play a vital role in driving customer value and satisfaction while managing multiple client cases effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive onboarding strategy and training sessions
• Identify key metrics for customer success and first value
• Collaborate with Sales for smooth product transition
• Monitor customer account health and mitigate risk through proactive measures
• Contribute to the knowledge base for customer support
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer onboarding and SaaS tools
• Strong understanding of the legal industry
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
