This role is essential in delivering operational excellence by greeting guests, assisting with requests, and managing communications. You will support residents with mail deliveries, amenity bookings, and move-in inspections while maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all guests and residents courteously
• Assist with mail and parcel deliveries
• Monitor CCTV and conduct exterior checks
• Log resident communications and requests
• Aid in coordinating building events and maintenance emergencies
Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
