In this fast-paced Fin Tech startup, you will manage collections and support customers in navigating their financial situations. Your daily interactions with business owners will require a balance of empathy and accountability to ensure effective resolutions. Approximately 70% of your role will be devoted to resolving overdue accounts, while the remaining 30% focuses on customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own a portfolio of past-due accounts and engage with customers
• Negotiate repayment agreements and maintain accurate records
• Provide professional support for customer payment inquiries
• Investigate and resolve issues with internal teams
• Identify trends in collections to improve processes
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or collections
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Organized with keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM and support platforms is a plus
