As part of an early-stage startup under Valsoft, you’ll lead customer onboarding and retention initiatives. Your goal will be to transform new subscribers into loyal, high-value advocates of our AI voice assistant designed for rental services. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, crafting playbooks and ensuring customers derive maximum benefit from Carla AI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead customer onboarding and integration processes
• Educate clients on system features and best practices
• Analyze data to improve engagement and retention
• Oversee client success and handle escalations proactively
• Document success processes and customer feedback
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in customer success or related field
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Experience with SaaS platforms and CRM tools
• Familiarity with the rental industry preferred
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
