As a Service Coordinator, you will enhance the resident experience at The James, a premium residential community in Toronto. This full-time role requires strong organization and communication skills to coordinate requests between residents, management, and service partners. You will handle property administration and manage pivotal resident services, ensuring a hospitality-driven living experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to resident inquiries via phone, email, and platforms
• Coordinate move-ins, events, and community initiatives
• Track and follow up on service-related requests
• Prepare resident communications and documentation
• Assist with property administration tasks and leasing support
Requirements:
• 2+ years in customer service or property management
• Experience in coordinating service requests effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of Ontario Residential Tenancies Act
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
