Accord seeks a Customer Success Associate to manage its growing startup customer base. In this entry-level role, you’ll support Enterprise Customer Success Managers by handling inquiries, optimizing product usage, and maintaining customer interaction records. As you develop your skills, you'll contribute to enhancing the company’s support operations by creating templates and defining processes for efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage startup customers through quarterly check-ins and education

• Support Enterprise CSMs with ad hoc customer requests

• Serve as primary contact for inbound support inquiries

• Standardize processes to improve service scalability

• Monitor product usage and encourage feature adoption

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in a customer-facing B2B SaaS role

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Empathetic communicator handling 50+ weekly interactions

• Experience with customer support software

• Eager to help develop support processes
