Position: Client Service Representative - Part-time (15hours/week)

Client Service Representative – Personal & Business Banking

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as a client‑service representative in a fast‑paced banking centre, answering questions, assisting with transactions, and taking ownership of client issues.
  • Help clients manage their accounts and products while focusing on a meaningful client experience.
  • Connect clients to the appropriate CIBC team members to help them reach their financial goals.
  • Leverage technology by introducing clients to mobile banking applications and other digital solutions.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and at multiple centres within a reasonable travel distance.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork while ensuring compliance with standards.
