Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming service requests via telephone
• Manage electronic inquiries and process customer requests
• Analyze and resolve customer billing issues
• Schedule customer payment arrangements effectively
• Track and record detailed interactions and transactions
Requirements:
• Previous call center experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent training
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
