As part of Sweat and Tonic’s Sweat Equity program, you’ll engage with guests and support the studio operations while benefiting from unlimited class access. This opportunity requires a commitment of three months and six hours of volunteering each week, allowing you to develop valuable skills in guest service and fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly welcome guests and handle check-ins
• Provide newcomers with studio tours for comfort
• Keep the studio clean and ensure smooth class transitions
• Collaborate with the Back of House team for operations
• Answer inquiries and ensure follow-up responses
Requirements:
• Three-month minimum engagement with 6-hour weekly commitment
• Deep passion for fitness and community building
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Attention to detail in maintaining studio standards
Experience personal growth while fostering community connections at Sweat and Tonic.
