Key Responsibilities:
• Own the billing inbox and resolve queries quickly
• Process subscription changes and issue refunds
• Manage complex vendor billing processes and forms
• Handle tax exemptions meticulously for eligible clients
• Investigate and resolve invoice disputes clearly
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in billing or payment support roles
• Strong experience with Stripe and enterprise tools
• Familiarity with tools like and Tipalti
• Ability to leverage AI in resolving issues
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
