As a key part of the customer service team, you will engage with clients, address inquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues. The position requires fluency in French, along with strong organization and analytical skills. You will build relationships not only with customers but also collaborate internally to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for customers, resolving issues efficiently
• Process Purchase Orders and EDI transactions in SAP
• Document and handle customer complaints using QMS system
• Conduct audits to manage customer experience exceptions
• Create reports on open and backorders for customer insights
Requirements:
• Minimum college education preferred
• Fluency in French is essential
• 3–5 years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
