Be part of Nelson Education's initiative as a part-time Customer Support Representative, focusing on Edwin, our digital learning platform. Provide essential support to users with flexible evening and weekend shifts.
As a part-time Customer Support Representative at Nelson, your role will enhance the Edwin experience for all users. You will act as a reliable support contact, fielding inquiries outside normal business hours and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. This position emphasizes self-sufficiency and a strong understanding of our products and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with Edwin customers through phone and email
• Ensure adherence to service standards and workflows
• Manage and document customer interactions meticulously
• Provide feedback on recurring challenges to improve services
• Participate in training and support programs for continuous learning
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication expertise
• Problem-solving and effective time management skills
• Digitally savvy and able to perform quick troubleshooting
• Experience with relevant software, including MS Office
• Independence and teamwork skills
