Position: Full-Time Intake Coordinator
Join Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto as a full-time Intake Coordinator, providing administrative support and client assistance in a vibrant community-oriented environment. Enjoy the opportunity to facilitate new services and manage client engagements effectively.

Located at 245 Fairview Mall Drive, North York, this Temporary Full-Time role features 37.5 hours per week. You will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and entering essential data into our systems. Your contributions are crucial for ensuring smooth operational flow and positive client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations and handle queries effectively

• Coordinate intake appointments and information sessions

• Maintain accurate records in client databases

• Produce reports to track service delivery progress

• Assist with outreach efforts to enhance community engagement

Requirements:

• Community College diploma in Business Administration

• 2 years’ experience in community services

• Knowledge of newcomer settlement challenges

• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
