Key Responsibilities:
• Assist team approvers in credit file analysis
• Manage inbound/outbound customer communications
• Address customer inquiries by phone and email
• Input data accurately for customer profiles
• Attend training for credit adjudication procedures
Requirements:
• Proficient in both English and French
• Background in customer service
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented individual, punctual and professional
• Ability to collaborate in team settings
