Become the Customer Support Manager for Localcoin, where you'll enhance customer experiences from our Etobicoke, ON office. Lead a hybrid team dedicated to exceptional service delivery.
Localcoin is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Support Manager to lead our Customer Success team. You'll focus on optimizing service delivery across email, chat, and phone while ensuring that team members are equipped with the necessary tools and training. Your focus will be on improving policies that facilitate better customer interactions and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize customer service delivery across all channels

Requirements:
