As a Receptionist, you will field calls, assist members with inquiries, and process enrollment details efficiently. Strong organizational skills will help you maintain accurate contribution records and prepare bank deposits, contributing to the smooth operations of our Member Benefit Plan Trust Funds.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
• Aid walk-in members with general questions and assistance
• Update member information and process enrollment cards
• Distribute daily mail to appropriate departments
• Compile reports as needed for member contributions
Requirements:
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Capable of processing high volumes of work accurately
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
