Your Role
As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience across multiple touchpoints. You'll support core operational functions including customer service, lease‑end processes, and collections, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism in every interaction.
This is a fast‑paced, collaborative role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality customer service through inbound and outbound phone and email interactions with customers, dealers, and vendors
Support Customer Service operations, maintaining service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Manage and process customer account documentation and administrative requests accurately and within timelines
Monitor and respond to shared inboxes, completing assigned tasks efficiently
Assist with lease‑end activities, including processing documentation requests
Support collections operations through preparation and distribution of documentation
Provide mailroom support, ensuring sensitive documents are handled and escalated appropriately
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners across multiple channels
Complete operational work queues and required training in accordance with service standards
Qualifications
Bilingual in French (Canadian) and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service, administration, or call center environments
Working knowledge of automotive, banking, and/or insurance industries
Strong organizational and time management skills
A solution‑focused, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Post‑secondary education or equivalent experience

Schedule/
Shifts:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
