Drawing on 3-5 years of experience, you’ll process inquiries and maintain relationships with customers and sales teams. Your keen analytical skills and sensitivity to customer needs will guide your interactions, ensuring timely resolutions and seamless order tracking. You will support customers while functioning with discretion and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and process customer inquiries through various channels
• Foster relationships with both customers and sales staff
• Provide accurate pricing and availability for products
• Resolve customer complaints and related issues effectively
• Expedite the delivery of orders when necessary
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage stressful situations while maintaining professionalism
