Elevate customer experiences as a Customer Success Manager erage your entrepreneurial drive and analytical background to accelerate client adoption of our platform.
In this role, you will oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to retention and expansion. By capturing user feedback, you will influence product development while working closely with the founders on strategic growth initiatives. Your interpersonal skills will play a key role in building lasting partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer onboarding and journey to success
• Quickly move customers from demo to value delivery
• Gather and structure user feedback
• Support contract processes with new partners
• Refine success metrics and onboarding playbooks
Requirements:
• Background in B2B SaaS or related software products
• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Excellent communicator in customer-facing situations
• Experience in enterprise customer support
• Knowledge of analytics or automation tools
