In this role, you will act as the primary responder for incoming customer inquiries in both languages. Your expertise in managing service calls and handling various operational tasks will be crucial for maintaining high standards of service excellence at our Atlanta headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inquiries through Customer Service voicemail and email
• Resolve issues for French and English speaking merchants
• Log service calls and monitor resolutions in ERP system
• Conduct investigations on cardholder transaction problems
• Assist with daily monitoring of inactive ATMs
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong knowledge of database systems
• Sharp attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in a bilingual customer service setting
