Drive user engagement in a B2B setting as a Customer Support Specialist r expertise in troubleshooting will be key to ensuring customers enjoy fluent support.

Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role as you will assist diverse users with a range of queries. Your responsibilities will extend to advocating for user needs, assisting internal teams with valuable feedback, and contributing to our dynamic customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver proficient support through email and chat

• Remain available for incoming calls via Aircall

• Elevate suggestions and complicated cases to Product teams

• Engage in knowledge sharing within the Support team

• Onboard new employees during their shadowing period

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year in customer-facing positions

• Proficiency in English and Spanish required

• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

• Capacity to collaborate across teams

• Enthusiastic about technology and learning
