At Meridian's Morningside Branch, you will engage with members, ensuring an exceptional experience through patience and proactive referrals. This role focuses on relationship building, effective communication, and collaborating with Retail teams and specialists to address member needs. Your contributions will impact our community engagement and elevate the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities to enhance member relationships
• Maintain discretion and accuracy in transactions
• Use virtual platforms for effective member engagement
Requirements:
• Flexible with hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and virtual tech
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in front-line sales or service roles
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
