Position: Customer Success Specialist – Bilingual Role
Drive customer satisfaction as a Customer Success Specialist at Hugel, located in downtown Toronto. Focus on enhancing client relationships, managing inquiries, and supporting operational efficiency while being bilingual in French and English.

In this role, you will oversee customer lifecycle management, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring accurate order execution and proactive communication. You will work closely with the Field Sales team to provide insights for improving account performance. This is a critical position for fostering scalable growth in Hugel's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web

• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and resolve issues

• Manage customer interactions within Salesforce

• Participate in promotional execution and sample coordination

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in customer success or account management

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
