As a Valet Attendant you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing professional valet services while ensuring the safe handling and care of customer vehicles. • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Welcome guests upon arrival by opening vehicle doors, assisting with luggage or parcels, and providing directions when needed.
• Issue and collect valet tickets while maintaining accurate vehicle records.
• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and report any existing or new damage immediately.
• Ensure all parked vehicles are properly secured by locking doors and relocating visible valuables to the trunk whenever possible.
• Maintain efficient curbside operations by returning promptly to the valet stand to greet arriving customers.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, valet, parking, retail, or a customer‑facing environment.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, courteous, and service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
