This role demands your expertise in B2B consultative selling and strong relationship management skills. As a Customer Success Leader, you’ll tailor success plans and strategy for clients, facilitating a smooth adoption of solutions while addressing any risks or challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design success plans including objectives and metrics
• Educate customers on software tailored to their use case
• Analyze usage data to optimize account strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive upsell opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships to support user adoption
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of commercial B2B experience in SaaS
• Deep understanding of Investment Banking practices
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel to client sites when necessary
• BA/BS degree required
