• Answer urgent and routine client telephone inquiries

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education/training preferred

• Exceptional telephone and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage conflicts and complaints

• Strong attention to detail amidst multiple priorities

• Familiarity with call center operations is a plus
