Position: Service Coordinator for Client Needs
Join our team as a Service Coordinator, focusing on client service coordination and support. This hybrid role involves scheduling and managing client service needs, ensuring satisfaction.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be pivotal in coordinating client services and establishing communication between clients and the Client Services team.

Your role will include developing service delivery schedules and addressing client inquiries in a professional manner. With your relationship-building skills, ensure that client expectations are effectively managed and met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client service delivery schedules

• Optimize efficiency of PSW schedules through review

• Build rapport with clients and families for trust

• Respond efficiently to customer inquiries in various formats

• Maintain documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:

• Preferred post-secondary education in health-related studies

• At least 1 year of community health service coordination

• Strong organizational skills with good judgment

• Ability to work independently and handle stress

• Knowledge of medical terminology and office practices
