Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist residents upon entry

• Manage guest suite and delivery tracking efficiently

• Prepare clubhouse amenities for daily tours

• Document arrivals for packages and notify residents

• Assist with community activity planning and organization

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in customer service roles

• Familiarity with Yardi software is beneficial

• Willingness to work flexible schedules

• Effective organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage physical tasks, including lifting
