In this role, you will welcome guests, manage membership IDs, and assist with member inquiries. Your friendly demeanor and customer service skills will make a significant impact in our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet members and guests upon arrival

• Scan membership IDs and maintain an orderly workspace

• Answer phones and respond to member questions

• Update member accounts and tour new members

• Collaborate with other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in customer service or related experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• Reliable, energetic, and friendly personality

• Interest in health, fitness, and/or sports is a plus

• Must have evening and weekend availability
