As a Fit4

Less Host, you will engage with club members, ensuring they receive support regarding memberships and amenities. You’ll perform cleaning tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness while fostering an inclusive environment. This role involves collaboration with management to address any customer service issues and to meet the club's operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep club areas clean and tidy per guidelines

• Welcome members with friendly greetings and goodbyes

• Educate members about gym amenities and automation

• Report and address cleanliness issues promptly

• Assist with membership management and sales

Requirements:

• High School diploma or working toward completion

• Minimum of 1 year of teamwork experience

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Certification in WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A & AED

• Ability to manage stress effectively
