Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee customer accountability for all Signature deliverables

• Conduct enablement and training sessions on operational tools

• Analyze usage metrics to optimize customer strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Success role

• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features

• Preference for candidates who speak both English and French

• Salesforce certifications preferred and valued
