Position: Customer Service Associate Contract at RONA

You’ll serve as a key representative of RONA, assisting customers with their product needs both in person and by phone. Additional responsibilities include preparing special orders and maintaining current product levels to create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and prepare special orders

• Maintain store organization and monitor inventory levels

• Enhance product knowledge through training sessions

• Perform related tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

• Some customer service experience is required

• Strong skills in selling and customer service

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift and handle medium to heavy products
