As part of Hearing Life Canada, you will be the first point of contact for clients at our clinics.
Your role encompasses managing appointments, maintaining a welcoming environment, and providing outstanding customer service. You will also support clinicians with administrative tasks and billing, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and greet clients warmly
• Manage appointment schedules and clinic operations effectively
• Organize client waiting areas with stocked supplies
• Assist clinicians in maintaining client files and stock orders
• Process payments and manage accounts receivable with care
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
