Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients in the gallery
• Assist clients with questions via email and phone
• Connect clients with appropriate associates for needs
• Provide elevated service support to Gallery Partners
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of RH products
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience in luxury retail
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Apps
