Ticketing Coordinator

Position: Ticketing Coordinator at MRG Live

In this role, you'll report directly to the Ticketing Manager, where your responsibilities will include coordinating ticketing activities and maintaining a proactive approach. You will work closely with the AdmitONE ticketing team and assist venues to build events across multiple platforms. The position also involves monitoring ticket presales, processing special requests, and ensuring an accurate inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain exceptional customer service during ticketing activities

• Facilitate event builds with AdmitONE and venues

• Process special requests like VIP and Guest lists

• Conduct quality control prior to onsales

• Track daily ticket counts for MRG Live shows

Requirements:

• Previous ticketing experience is highly desirable

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Proficiency in project management and multitasking
