Position: Customer Success Manager at Emplifi
Elevate client success with Emplifi as a Customer Success Manager focused on North America. Drive product adoption, client retention, and strategic upselling opportunities.

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison for named accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. With 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management, you will oversee onboarding, monitor product usage, and implement retention strategies. You will collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery, making sure clients extract maximum value from our Autonomous CX platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with primary accounts

• Oversee timely client onboarding and product adoption

• Conduct training sessions and regular check-ins

• Develop renewal strategies for contract management

• Gather feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

• 3-5 years in customer success or account management

• Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication abilities
