Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 5-star customer service to all visitors

• Log visitors and manage access badge issues

• Issue facility access cards and ensure phone lists are updated

• Offer administrative support for meetings and team tasks

• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 1–3 years of experience in reception or customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 60 lbs
