Less, you will engage with members while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain fitness standards daily.

In this role, you'll be the friendly face of Fit4

Less, responsible for fostering an inviting atmosphere. You will perform cleaning tasks to uphold company standards, assist members with their fitness journeys, and promote memberships while educating guests about amenities and automation options. Your commitment to cleanliness and customer satisfaction will play a vital role in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness standards in workout areas

• Provide warm welcomes and assistance to members

• Educate members on membership benefits and automation

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks

• Report and address any customer concerns

Requirements:

• High School diploma or in progress

• 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• WHMIS First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification

• Ability to remain calm under pressure
