CF Eaton Centre Guest Service Agent

In this role, you will assist guests in person and by phone, offering information about the centre, local theatre options, and city events. Your proactive connection with tenants and visitors will ensure smooth communication, while your ability to support training of new staff will enhance overall service effectiveness. Your keen observation and customer service skills will be needed to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist visitors in navigating the Eaton Centre and local activities

• Maintain effective communication with tenants and guests

• Help with wheelchair rentals and manage deposits

• Document lost items efficiently

• Distribute event flyers and promotion materials

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or higher education

• Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism is a plus

• Minimum two years of customer service experience

• Knowledge of Gmail, Excel, and Word applications

• Insight into local attractions and events
