Cadillac Fairview Guest Services Associate

Enhance customer experiences as a Guest Services Associate with Cadillac Fairview at the CF Toronto Eaton Centre. This part-time, on-site role focuses on visitor support and information delivery.

As a Guest Services Associate, you'll engage with visitors to provide necessary information and maintain a hospitable environment. This position requires you to deliver excellent service while supporting marketing efforts and assisting with the training of new team members. You will be expected to manage tasks independently and interact effectively with a diverse range of people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers on store locations and city attractions

• Distribute flyers and marketing materials during events

• Log lost items and assist with customer inquiries

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mall services and promotions

• Support emergency procedures when needed

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality or relevant experience

• 2 years experience in customer service or public relations

• Knowledge of Gmail, Excel, and Word

• Strong cash management skills

• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends
