Join AGF Management Limited as an Experienced Client Service Representative focused on providing exceptional support to Financial Advisors and Investors. This hybrid role enhances flexibility while enhancing client relations.

AGF seeks dedicated Senior Client Service Representatives who are ready to connect with clients and enhance their investment journeys. This position offers the chance to work remotely three days per week while fostering collaboration in our downtown Toronto office two days per week.

Your role is pivotal in ensuring a superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the key contact for client inquiries, resolving issues

• Maintain high professional standards in client interactions

• Collaborate with various departments for efficient service

• Adapt to rotating work shifts, Monday to Friday

• Keep abreast of AGF’s offerings and policies

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completed;
Securities Course preferred

• Min. 3 years’ contact center experience in financial services

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Capable of multitasking across platforms

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
