Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer renewals and retention pipelines

• Coach the team through regular performance reviews

• Create and document strategic Customer Success processes

• Ensure team accountability for goals and priorities

• Collaborate across departments to improve customer engagement

Requirements:

• Experience in SaaS Customer Success or Account Management

• Direct history in managing customer-focused teams

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and business judgment skills

• Located in Canada, willing to meet monthly
