In this essential role, you will join Taymax Group to build relationships with members, answering their questions and overseeing front desk operations. The ideal candidate will manage member check-ins, assist in club upkeep, and handle inquiries from prospective members. Your contribution will significantly enhance the gym experience for everyone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet members, callers, and guests professionally
• Manage check-in and coordinate front desk activities
• Take potential members on informative tours
• Monitor club cleanliness eliminating any concerns
• Provide timely responses to member issues and queries
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High School diploma/GED is necessary
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Basic computer literacy required
• Excellent communication skills and positive disposition
