DUCA Member Service Representative

Become a Full-Time Member Service Representative at DUCA in Willowdale and provide exceptional experiences and valuable financial insights to our Members. You'll be the face of our credit union, ensuring seamless service and support.

As part of DUCA, a leader in community-based banking, you’ll engage with Members to uncover their financial needs while managing various service requests. This position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to member satisfaction, ensuring every interaction adds value. Your contributions will support DUCA’s mission of helping communities thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist Members with inquiries promptly

• Promote and explain DUCA’s services and offerings

• Process transactions for deposits and withdrawals

• Conduct proactive follow-up and appointment bookings

• Support local community engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in a banking or customer service role

• Proficiency in computer systems is necessary

• Experience in cash handling required

• Sales experience is a plus
