At Miele, we are on the hunt for an experienced Service Coordinator with 2+ years in customer service and call center operations. You will manage service calls and enhance customer relationships while supporting service contracts and installations. Your ability to coordinate activities and exceed client expectations will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor service activities for clients

• Coordinate service calls and document effectively

• Promote service contracts and maintenance plans

• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues

• Handle special projects in addition to daily tasks

Requirements:

• 2 years in customer service or call center experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus

• Bilingual in English and French
