As part of the Member Experience and Pension Operations Division, you will guide members through understanding their pension benefits and taking informed actions. Your expertise will translate into high-quality member experiences, while your adaptability and organizational skills will help you navigate our dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pension benefit information via phone and writing

• Ensure clarity in communications for informed member choices

• Manage pension transactions within service standards

• Uphold OPTrust policies and contribute to inclusivity

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven client service experience

• Effective communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office proficient

• CEBS program or PPAC enrollment preferred
