You’ll be responsible for performing cleanliness tasks, engaging positively with visitors, and promoting memberships effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness standards across all areas

• Interact warmly with members and guests daily

• Assist in explaining memberships and amenities

• Promote black card benefits to prospective members

• Report any safety or cleanliness issues promptly

Requirements:

• High School diploma or ongoing education

• Minimum 1 year in team or volunteer roles

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED

• Ability to handle pressure and meet expectations
