As part of our team, you will utilize your customer service experience to engage shoppers and provide essential product information. This position requires at least two years of customer service experience and an eagerness to assist in sales. Flexibility to work multiple shifts and the ability to lift 40lbs consistently are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster total customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Assist customers with their wine purchases and inquiries

• Handle product shipments and assist with merchandising

• Process cash transactions and balance the till

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Smart Serve Certification preferred

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling

• Proficient in Windows programs including Word and Excel

• Willingness to work flexible hours
