Be an integral part of IGI’s Customer Service team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. Contribute to efficient order management and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work model.

The International Group, Inc. (IGI) is looking for a skilled Order Fulfillment Coordinator. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and operate JD Edwards to manage shipments effectively. Building relationships and proactively resolving issues will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing for internal and external customers

• Answer queries related to pricing and product availability

• Utilize JD Edwards to coordinate all customer shipments

• Maintain accurate customer files and data

• Identify and implement process improvements for service goals

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in a customer service role

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Highly organized with strong analytical ability

• Familiar with order management systems like JD Edwards
